What is included in my trip cost?
Richmond Tours handles every aspect of your trip from start to finish and can include: ground and/or air transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, attractions, events, customer support, a detailed itinerary and more!
Are you a Department of Education Vendor?
Yes! And we're MWBE Certified which means bids are no longer required! Our Vendor # is RIC397449. Payment methods accepted: purchase orders, school checks, cash, wire transfers and money orders.
Are chaperones included on the trip?
Yes. To be safe, we encourage 1 chaperone per 10 students and these chaperones will be included in the trip cost. We can also build as many additional chaperones into the cost.
How do you handle dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate all of the different dietary restrictions that our customers may have. Upon booking a trip, students and teachers are encouraged to let us know of any dietary restrictions in a timely manner.

If you are on a tour outside of our normal hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time), please still call the office. If no one is available, be sure to leave a detailed message so we can get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you accommodate handicapped participants?
Of course! We welcome all participants and will go above and beyond to accommodate the students’ needs. Please contact us in advance regarding any special needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept certified checks, purchase orders, cash, wire transfer and paypal.
